How to Order

To make a purchase, add item(s) to your cart. Do ensure that size and color are selected correctly as no changes will be allowed upon check out.

Kindly ensure that all fields are entered correctly and completely before check out.

For Local Orders, D’nier accepts these modes of payment – Credit/Debit Card via PayPal or Bank Transfer. We accept all major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

For bank transfer purchase customers, please complete payment within two hours from the time your order was placed. All unpaid orders after this payment time-frame will be cancelled automatically. Any codes applied in the order will be automatically reinstated.

For International Orders, D’nier only accepts payment by Credit/Debrit Card via PayPal.

The cost of delivery for your Order will be displayed to you on our Website upon checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within an estimated 3 working days without any specific time stated. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the Product to the address specified in your Order.

If delivery of your Product is delayed because of unavailability, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

  • All orders will be processed for shipping within 3 working days and an email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped.
  • We may use different couriers from time to time for all local shipments. A link from all our courier partners will be provided in all the emails sent together with your Tracking Reference Number.
  • All overseas parcels can be tracked via the courier you have chosen during your checkout. We will send you an email together with the Tracking Reference Number as well as the link to the courier chosen once your order has been shipped.
  • Please note that free local (Singapore) deliveries entitlement criteria must be met based on the final amount payable i.e. after deduction of vouchers and discounts etc.

FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES (SINGAPORE)

  • All local orders will be via door-to-door delivery service which take about 1 – 3 working days after the order is processed and dispatched from our local warehouse. 
  • For all local orders below SGD 100, a flat fee of SGD 5 will be charged for delivery during checkout.
  • For all local orders above SGD 100, the delivery fee will be free of charge. 
  • Please note that we do not deliver to the following locations in Singapore:
  • Changi Airport Cargo (FTZ) 
  • Sentosa 
  • Jurong Island 
  • Jurong Port 
  • PSA 
  • Shipyard 
  • MINDEF/ Army Camps/ Ministry/ DSTA/ Embassy 

FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • All international orders will take about 3-20 working days, depending on each individual destination and the delivery option chosen upon your checkout.
  • Respective international shipping rate will be calculated only upon the checkout page.
  • International orders will be subjected to import custom and excise taxes, depending on each individual shipping destination’s country and/or state, and Dnier shall not be liable for these taxes

We accept exchange OR returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. Please note that we will only be able to address return and exchange items made directly from Dnier.com.

*Excludes: orders made with the use of promotional codes, sales items, and accessories. 

Before you file for any exchange or returns, please note the following:

  • Fill in the exchange/returns form, you may download a copy of it here
  • Pack the item together with the completed exchange/returns form in its original packing material
  • Send the whole package using a delivery method that allows tracking to our address at 38 Defu Lane 10, #02-33 Singapore 539215.
  • Returned packages are to reach us within 10 working days from dispatch date for local orders, or up to 20 working days for international orders.
  • If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued in the form of an online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year.

You are responsible for all postage costs for any exchanged or returned items. Do kindly note that all return packages are dealt with via mailing only. If an item returned does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve all right to reject the return and any request for a refund. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Product. Please note that refunds will be provided only in the form of an online gift voucher. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded. Cash refunds are not provided for returns.

FOR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)

As every item is hand manufactured, there is a risk of human error. Please note that minor variations in measurement (within 1”) are not considered as defects.

If you have received a defective item, we apologize for this oversight on and would promptly rectify this error.

  2. Photograph of the defect

Once verified, we will request that you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the item is no longer in-stock, a refund in the form of an online gift voucher will be issued instead.

Please note that we will only be able to address defective items made directly from Dnier.com.

FOR INCORRECT ITEM(S)

If you have received an incorrect item, we apologize for this oversight on and would promptly rectify this error.

  1. Order number
  2. Photograph of the incorrect item

Once verified, we will request that you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the item is no longer in-stock, a refund in the form of an online gift voucher will be issued instead.

Dnier Loyalty Program is a loyalty point system that allows you to earn while you shop! To reward you as our loyal customer, every time you successfully purchase any products online from Dnier, we add some loyalty points to your account. You will receive loyalty points from all the products in our catalogue (excluding GST). You can convert these loyalty points into a voucher that you can use to get a discount on your next purchase. You can view your available loyalty points at any time in your account page. These points will update automatically when you use them and when your order has been successfully delivered to you.

With every Singapore dollar ($1 SGD) spent on our website, you will earn 1 loyalty point. At the checkout page, you will see exactly how many points you will receive if you buy the product or complete the order.

The minimum redemption value will be one Singapore Dollar (SGD) and there is no maximum redemption celling. All Dnier Reward Points will expire after one calendar year (365 days) from the date of purchase; and or inactivity from your account within 365 days.
